""AmsterJAM is an annual freestyle frisbee event that was first held in the year 2003.
In 2012 AmsterJAM will host the F.P.A. European Freestyle Championships for the second time. First time was in 2005.
In 2007 AmsterJAM hosted the F.P.A. World Championships.

 

Freestyle frisbee is a sport that has been growing massively in the past decade or two.
Social media and lesson programs help a lot when it comes to exchanging knowledge and raising the skills levels among both the experienced and the novice 'jammers'. But nothing beats seeing the real thing and interact with other competitors during an event like the 2012 EFC. Routines are becoming more and more technical and the choreography of some teams is just amazing. You have to see it in order to believe it.
